DROUGHT WARNING UPDATE 6-3-25
Though streamflow and groundwater remain below long term averages in southern New Jersey, significant improvements across the state have been realized thanks to recent precipitation events. New Jersey remains in drought warning as NJDEP evaluates recent improvements and overall water supply impact. NJDEP continues to urge the public to be mindful and follow water conservation practices, especially when water usage can increase as much as 30% during warm weather.
